Shipping Policy
Nationwide delivery across Pakistan, with international shipping available at checkout.
We dispatch orders carefully so your outfit arrives in good condition. Delivery timelines below are standard estimates in business days and begin after order confirmation (and after measurements / stitching details are confirmed, where required).

Shipping charges
Pakistan shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order (for example, standard nationwide courier tiers). International shipping options and costs (such as DHL Express, where available) are also shown at checkout for your destination.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you can track it from the Track Shipment page using your order details, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Important notes
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Stitched, express, and customized timelines depend on confirmation of size, measurements, and design details.
- Customized stitching adds approximately one week to the relevant stitched / express timeline.
- Remote areas or courier delays outside our control may extend delivery slightly.
- Peak seasons (Eid, wedding season) may require extra processing time; we will confirm if your order is affected.
