Due to the nature of our made-to-order products, we have a strict no return policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / returnable items
Certain types of items can be returned, like damaged products. We have strict Quality Controls and all our orders are checked before shipping. But there is still a chance of error. If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and solve the issue. Orders damaged during the shipping are not covered in this. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. International payments will be refunded in Local Pakistan Bank Account due to State Bank of Pakistan’s Strict International Money Transfer Policy. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@dincouture.pk
